We invest in early-stage tech companies with incredible potential, managed by teams of energetic, trustworthy and capable leaders. Key focus areas include digital/social media, web services/commerce, mobile, cloud and enterprise/healthcare IT. We look for advanced bleeding-edge innovations, where the addressable market size is substantial and strong competitive advantages exist. Our typical investment is between $500K to $3 million, with reserves for follow-on investments. We will also consider smaller seed investments for unique companies just getting started. Our office is located in San Francisco, but we invest throughout the world. We consider ourselves very active investors, with a long-term outlook and the objective of creating substantial value.
